Dan Savoca, a Mesa County resident since 2000, first got his real estate license in Arizona in 1981. He has been a real estate investor and especially enjoys remodeling homes. His real estate specialty is in buying and selling rural properties. He is familiar with the unique value of homes on acreage, and brings an experienced perspective to this area of the market, having owned and operated small family farms on acreage since 1992. He and his wife Lyda have been married for 25 years and have 5 children, ages 9 to 23.

Sara was born and raised in the grand valley.  She is blessed with two children, Braedyn and Adelyn, who she shares with her husband Brian.  Sara enjoys spending time with her family and friends and can often be found on a boat – but her happy place is at the beach with her toes in the sand.  Sara started her career in Real Estate as a high school intern for Lori.  Then she had to grow up and get a real job and found herself as a licensed insurance agent, in which she still holds her license.  After working in insurance for more than ten years, Sara decided it was time to follow her dreams of always wanting to become a Realtor.  So she went back to where it all started and was an assistant for Lori while she worked on getting her license. Sara specializes in Residential Sales and is the Property Manager for Residential Leasing.
