2018 Budget


  • Annual Assessment is $175/year; due April 1 of each year, late April 30th; monthly late fees are $5/month until paid; liens are placed on properties with 6 months of delinquency.  
  • There are no special assessments currently. 
  • Assessments cover: Pressurized Irrigation Water; Maintenance, Real Estate Property Taxes, and Liability Insurance for the common elements and the park; Insurance for the Board of Directors; Administration and Management Fees. 
  • Annual meeting are held on the 2nd Wednesday of April at 7 pm. location will be posted in the annual  mailing.
